Who are we?
CS Cleaning Services BV, with registered office at Leuvensesteenweg 294, 3070 Kortenberg and company number BE0789565449, is responsible for processing the personal data you share with us through this website. You can always reach us at info@cscleaningservices.be or on +32 2 318 47 08.
What data do we collect?
When you request household help, we ask for your first name, last name, address, email address and phone number, the number of hours and type of help you want, whether you already use service vouchers, any promo code and your comments. Through the contact form we receive your name, phone number, email address, the subject and your question. If you apply for a job with us, we keep your name, contact details, your CV and the information you provide yourself.
Why do we use your data?
We use your data to answer your request or question and contact you, to plan and carry out the household help, to process the services paid with service vouchers and to prepare administration fees and any invoices. We use job applications to assess your application. We also process data to meet our legal obligations, including as a recognised service voucher company and for our accounts.
On what basis?
We process your data because it is necessary to handle your request or carry out our cooperation, because the law requires it, or because you give us your consent, for example when you send the request form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who do we share your data with?
We never sell your data. We only share it when necessary: with Pluxee and the Flemish government to process service vouchers, and with Odoo, the provider of our website and software, which stores your data for us.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep questions sent through the contact form for up to two years after our last contact. Requests that do not lead to a cooperation are kept for up to one year. Customer data is kept for as long as the cooperation lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires. Job applications are kept for up to one year so that we can contact you when a suitable vacancy arises.
Cookies and Google Maps
This website only uses cookies that are needed for the website to work properly, for example to remember your language choice. Our contact page shows a Google Maps map. Google may place its own cookies; you can find more information in Google’s privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, object and have your data transferred. To do so, send an email to info@cscleaningservices.be; we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority via www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Only staff who need your data for their work have access to it.
