Service voucher consultant (m/f/x)

Who are we?

CS Cleaning Services is a recognised service-voucher company (dienstencheques) based in Kortenberg, Flemish Brabant. We help families with cleaning, washing and ironing, so they have more time for what matters to them.

What will you do?

• Following up on new client requests and holding intake conversations
• Planning our household helpers and arranging replacements during absences
• Recruiting, guiding and following up our household helpers
• Being the point of contact for clients and household helpers
• Keeping the planning and the service-voucher administration up to date
• Quality checks of our household helpers: random checks or on request
• Visits to our clients’ homes

Your profile

We are looking for a friendly, well-organised person with an eye for detail.

• You speak Dutch and English fluently (required); French is a plus
• You can work easily with a PC and email
• You are friendly and punctual, with a sense of responsibility
• You have experience in the cleaning sector
• You have a driving licence B
• Experience in office work is a plus
